Applications @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for tracking membership applications and thanking the members who referred them.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows membership applications the lodge has received and the member records needed to credit referrals: names, contact information and application progress. Referral credits and thank-you dates entered here are stored with those records.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
